OCD and Bipolar...eugh I use to bathe like three times a day...it started to make my hair brittle and break easy so my dad stopped me....and he won't take me to a doctor to follow up on the bipolar so it's basically untreated [sigh]

I have OCD- obsessive compulsive disorder.
this means that i obsess over little things- like even numbers, germs, little rituals. if you see a video about this you would think ppl with it are crazy but its really just a part of life. a part that needs to be stopped. As an effect of this disorder i have
GAD- generalized anxiety disorder
GDD- generalized depression syndrome
SSI- slow-sleep insomnia, which means it takes a certain numer of hours (in my case 4) to fall asleep EVERYNIGHT. the number of hours increases with time . anemia, iron deficiency, loose ligaments and an assortment of allergies (vegetables, nuts, grapefruit, grass, perfume). I have become PRO at controlling these disorders and making them work to my advantage .
I am happy to talk to anyone about them, especially if you share them. :)
